If you have been around the Panchero’s blog over the last few months, you already know what the burrito tour is. Week after week we packed up our Hummer with delicious, fresh pressed burritos and passed them out for FREE to our loyal social media followers as well as innocent bystanders on the street. And I must say, people were always pretty pleased to be handed a free Panchero’s burrito. See for yourself…

We started the burrito tour in May with Des Moines, Iowa and over the next few months found ourselves in Davenport, Dubuque, Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Iowa City, (of course) Bloomington, Madison, Portage and many, many more.

I must say, I have had a lot of fun meeting so many of my Twitter followers and Facebook friends in person and see how happy a free burrito can make someone.

This was the first time Panchero’s has done a social media driven event this large, so let me know your thoughts on the tour in the comment section.

We are already a few weeks into the tour and everything is going great! Apparently when you show up with a Hummer packed with free Panchero’s burritos, people start to like you.

The tour isn’t over yet, though! As a refresher, I thought I would post the steps to getting free burritos, here they are;

1) Every Monday afternoon I will post the next location for our tour on the blog, Facebook and Twitter!

2) On Wednesday afternoon I will post the address with a map,(also on Facebook and Twitter) pointing you in the exact direction of delicious burritos!

3) Thursday will quickly become your favorite  day of the week because every Thursday we are bringing FREE burritos to city after city! Just show up, say hello and enjoy a burrito!

Seeing how it is Monday, I should be posting the next city for this week, huh? Well, okay! On August 13th, at 11:45, I’m going to roll into WEST DES MOINES with a Panchero’s Hummer packed with FREE burritos. Hope you’re ready, West Des Moines!
