Every Ingredient in Every Bite
A mouth full of rice. A mouth full of beans. Sour cream in your lap. It’s not a pleasant experience.
“Every Bite Counts” is a motto that we at Panchero’s hold near and dear. Burritos are great because you can choose a handful of things that you enjoy, things that taste great together, and wrap them up in a tortilla to enjoy them all at once. Shouldn’t you get to taste all those delicious ingredients every time you take a bite? We think so.
You’ll notice that we do a few things differently. Each burrito, quesadilla, and taco starts with a fresh-pressed tortilla; that makes a big difference when it comes time to roll up a burrito. Before we roll it, though, you can get your burrito “Bobbed” with Bob the Tool (he’s the little spatula tool that hangs out at the end of the line by the register). Just say “Bob my burrito” and watch as every ingredient you’ve picked is mixed together, making sure you’ll get every ingredient in every bite. Then it’s time to roll: we roll our burritos longer than most so that they’re narrower and easier to bite into. That fresh-pressed tortilla I mentioned earlier: it’s hot off the grill and seals on itself as it rolls; that means no sour cream is going to find its way through an open spot and into your lap.
